Your future team
You will join a global HR organization of 25+ colleagues across HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, Payroll, and Learning & Development. Together, we advance our global people practices, shape mobility principles, and ensure a seamless employee experience across borders.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR colleagues, senior stakeholders, and employees in all our locations, helping drive global mobility initiatives that support Netlight’s continued expansion.
Your role: Global Mobility Specialist
Working in HR at Netlight requires strong business acumen, curiosity, and exceptional relationship-building skills. In this role you will:
• Act as a key stakeholder in new office openings and expansions
• Define, drive, and maintain global mobility offerings and principles
• Advise HR, leaders, and employees on mobility matters, recommending best practices and providing case-specific guidance
• Manage complex cross-border cases (secondments, short/long-term assignments, relocations) with a focus on compliance, employee experience, and smooth transitions
• Lead and support mobility-related projects, including process automation, digitization, and policy development
• Monitor changes in international tax and immigration to proactively ensure compliance and mitigate risks
• Develop procedures, templates, tools, and documentation aligned with business needs
• Track, analyze, and report on key mobility metrics
• Manage relationships and negotiate contracts with external vendors (relocation, immigration, tax)
• Continuously improve the mobility program through benchmarking, innovation, and feedback
Your profile
You are an HR professional who brings a positive mindset, curiosity, and a strong desire to make an impact. You enjoy working collaboratively, take ownership, and are comfortable navigating complexity.
We are looking for a confident and experienced global mobility specialist with at least four years of hands-on experience in international mobility and cross-border employment matters. Experience from large international organizations or advisory/consulting environments.
The role requires the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with others. You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, handling differing perspectives, and making well-founded decisions, including setting clear boundaries and communicating risks when needed.
At the same time, you value collaboration and do not work in isolation, you actively involve others, gather perspectives, and contribute to shared solutions. You have a clear understanding of the scope of a specialist role and bring a pragmatic, business-oriented approach to global mobility.

Qualifications
• University degree in Human Resources or a similar education/field
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Global Mobility (in-house, consulting, or a mix)
• Fluency in German or Swedish, plus strong professional proficiency in English (our organizational language)
