Your Mission:

As our Sustainability Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability and HSE strategies that align with our business goals. You will ensure compliance with global sustainability, health, safety, and environmental regulations while leading sustainability reporting and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in sustainability and HSE management, in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• A data-driven and solution-oriented approach to sustainability challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to inspire change and drive strategic initiatives.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English.
